DESIGN APPROACH
After years of neglect, new ownership was looking for a way to revitalize a once thriving campground without losing the connection to the roots that made it a community staple. The design approach was to come up with something new and fresh that felt connected to the history of the original campground and area.
ROOTED IN HISTORY
To drive home the vintage feeling, we referenced old postcards, fishing licenses, motel keys, park maps, and train tickets, to make sure the designs felt connected to the direction of the new brand. It was important to deliver designs that felt fresh but also could have existed 50 years ago.
GREETINGS FROM TEMPLE RIDGE
Driving home the nostalgia vibe, we created a series of retro applications for the branding to use across swag. These designs pay homage to vintage stylings and were created referencing various artwork from the early 60's & 70's.
